It’s been a while since we’ve been back from our month long trip to Sydney still I’ve only just found time to look at this new mag.
Frankie magazine, so sweet! If only I was 25 again this would be my magazine.
This brand, 18 Rabbits was new to me too. Great packaging and the granola is a massive hit at home on these warm mornings.
I saw some brilliant new products and was reminded of some old favorites at expo west. I fell in love with Siggi’s packaging the moment I saw it. Not only is it pretty, they have thought about the packaging and ask you to recycle the paper label and the plastic cup separately. Also delicious.
I was so happy to see my Smorgasburg alum at the show. Sprout’s lip balm is lovely, has saved me from insanity more than once and the packaging is gorgeous! I am always so thrilled to connect with another small producer who is making great products.

Last weekend I made Momofuku’s Bo Ssam; possibly the best thing I’ve ever cooked. Also the first time I’ve had kimchi and loved it.
It is so exciting to be trend spotted by a favorite magazine!
Our neighbors bought a house in Red Hook which came with chickens! They’ll be missed but we’ll visit them. Not just for gorgeous eggs but because going to Red Hook is like a vacation to a seaside town.
